Marine Eyes - Machine Swage T-316: This eye has a larger pin hole and a thicker body compared to the aircraft type eye. These eyes usually found at the top of headstays and backstays fitted to a strap masthead toggle. Also found in the connection of a backstay bridle when double delta plates are used to join the three pieces of rigging.
Aircraft Eyes - Machine Swage T-316: Not to be confused with marine eyes. Used when fitting two cables together, aircraft eye to aircraft fork, for applications like running backstays and centerboard pennants.
Aircraft Fork - Machine Swage T-316: This terminal is a matching fit for the aircraft eye terminal. Often found at the upper end of shrouds to attach the cable to a single mast tang. On smaller boats they are also found on upper ends of backstays and on the lower legs of double bridle backstays at single delta plates and sometimes at the backstay chainplates.
Swage Eye Toggle: Marine eye and toggle combined in one fitting. It provides a toggle action for upper ends of rigging to attach to single mast tang.
Studs - Machine Swaging T-316: Thread directly into top of the turnbuckle.
Stemball Terminal: Used on the upper ends of shrouds and backstays and some headstays without furling systems.
Swage T-Ball - Type 316SS: Used on the upper ends of shrouds and backstays and some headstays without furling systems.
Swage Insulator: Used in backstays to provide an insulated section for HF radio antennas. Usually two are used with the insulated area between the insulators.
